Our return and refund process for AllDay Vitanex purchases

This Return Policy applies to all purchases of AllDay Vitanex made through the website at https://trendestoreia.world, operated by Trendestoreia ("we", "us", "our"). This policy is in addition to your rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation, including the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002.

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery. The 14-day period begins on the day you receive your order, as evidenced by the carrier's delivery confirmation.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive return authorisation: We will review your request and, if eligible, issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return instructions by email within 3 business days.
  3. Package your return: Securely package the product in its original packaging. Include your order number and RMA number inside the package.
  4. Ship your return: Send the package to the return address provided in your RMA email using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, a damaged product, or a defective product.
  5. Receive your refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

Important: Do not return products without first obtaining an RMA number. Unauthorised returns may not be processed.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for your return. We cannot be held responsible for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
